Founded in the Spring of 2003 at The George Washington University, Capital Funk promotes unity for people from all backgrounds through dance and hip-hop.
Their team is a creative, entertaining, and stress-relieving outlet for dancers and spectators alike.
They aim to foster a safe space for growth as individuals, team members, dancers, and proactive citizens of the DMV dance community.
Capital Funk brings awareness of hip-hop culture through education, entertainment, and community engagement.
